Dow Innovation Center:
Situated within the KAUST Research and Technology Park, the Center will drive Dow’s expanded research initiatives aimed at addressing critical priorities across the Kingdom and the region—such as enhancing energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact. Spanning 13,500 m² and designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, the facility will house Dow’s Research & Development operation
Saudi Aramco Research Center:
11,300 square meter research facility housing 132 scientists and researchers, and will be aimed at supporting Saudi Aramco’s upstream and downstream research domains as well as the company's environmental protection research efforts.
University Laboratories:
Various Tenant Improvement Projects in the Existing Laboratory complexes.
Fire Alarm Design Services
Fire Alarm System Layout: Create detailed plans for detectors, pull stations, notification appliances, and control panels.
Integration with Life Safety Systems: Coordinate fire alarm with HVAC shutdown, elevator recall, and emergency lighting.
Sequence of Operations: Define alarm response logic, including evacuation signals and system interlocks.
Testing and Commissioning Support: Provide documentation and assist with functional testing to verify system performance.

Fire Protection Design Services
Sprinkler System Design: Develop layouts for automatic sprinkler systems, including hydraulic calculations and pipe sizing.
Standpipe and Fire Pump Design: Specify standpipe systems and fire pumps to ensure adequate water supply and pressure.
Special Hazard Systems: Design foam, clean agent, or water mist systems for areas with unique fire risks.
Code Compliance and Permitting: Ensure designs meet NFPA standards, local codes, and obtain necessary approvals.
