Aria Hotel and Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada

CityCenter, Las Vegas

Working for Perini Building Company, we were able to serve as MEP, Fire and Life Safety Coordinator for the CityCenter Project in Las Vegas Nevada. With a completion estimate of almost 10bn USD, CityCenter totaled almost 17 million square feet of Five Diamond Resort and included 7 towers, Casino, Convention Center, Mall and Theater to be the latest luxury destination of the Las Vegas Strip. Facility was opened in December of 2009

Next Century Plaza

Next Century Plaza was the iconic, historical renovation of the famed Century Plaza Hotel in Century City, California. The new complex included the rehabilitation of the original 17 story Hotel as well as two new 45 story towers to frame the hotel. We were honored to provide MEP, FIre Protection and Life Safety Construction Management Services. Hotel Received Temporary Certificate of Occupancy in 2020.

GOSP-4 Production Platform, Arabian Gulf

Marjan Offshore Oil Facility

The Marjan Oil Field is located in the Arabian Gulf and produces 300,000bpd of crude oil. We provided Preliminary Design Management services to our client for Fire Protection and Hazardous Gas Detection systems on new offshore platforms that will ultimately expand the production to 800,000bpd. Preliminary Design was completed in 2019 and commissioning of new platform complex anticipated 2022.

Autumn Creek

Located in Riverside County, California, Autumn Creek is a subdivision of 78 single family homes. We provided successful pre construction and Project Management services to the client. Property successfully opened January of 2022,

Olivebrook

Located in Riverside County, California, Olivebrook boasts over 286 Single Family Residences as well as backbone and offsite improvements on additional multi-family, park and commercial developments in the area. We are pleased to provide Pre Construction and Project Management services to the client. Anticipated opening July of 2022,
